I used KatsuoStamina at UTMF 2019. It is a supplement that I've been taking for some time.
At UTMF, without exception, my legs never gave out. As part of my intake plan, I took two packets before the race, and one packet every two hours during the race. At the beginning of the race, my body was too heavy to run as much as I would have liked, but my body gradually began moving and I was at my best after 130km during the second half of the race.
The rest of the race is a mountainous section, so muscle fatigue and lactic acid buildup in the legs should normally be very noticeable, yet the sensation of lactic acid build up was greatly reduced by continuous intake of KatsuoStamina. I was able to improve my position in the second half of the race, and finished in 8th place despite my poor condition. After using KatsuoStamina, I felt again that it is a reliable and trustworthy supplement that I want to continue to use.
He had a remarkable 2015, winning a number of races in Japan. In addition, he finished 11th place at the big European race, the UTMB, which was the best Japanese finish of the year.
